This is a fixed fee assessment of your firm or asset portfolio as an interview, workshop and resulting report. This can then be used as the baseline for either a project or a firms roadmap forward. The assessment can be arranged as an initial scoping discussion to develop the fixed fee and ensure the relevant stakeholders are engaged for the interview(s) and workshop(s).
Innovative Technologies Soft Landings
We have successfully delivered several Innovation and Technologies Master Classes for clients. These day long sessions can be held either at the clients location or another suitable facility. These Master Classes arm senior executives with the knowledge needed to develop a corporate policy or strategy.
A soft landing session is also an excellent way of launching a major project with client and supply chain or upskilling a firm in the initial phases of implementation.
